To start Sheep Shearer, speak to Fred the Farmer at his farm North of Lumbridge. Tell him you are looking for work and he will ask you to shear his black sheep, when the option comes up click "It takes all sorts, I suppose." and he will ask you to bring him 20 balls of black wool. Tell him that you’ll take the job, he will offer to explain how to shear sheep and make balls of wool. Once you finish talking to Fred, go into his house and grab the shears off his table.
Shearing the Sheep-
Now head into the sheep pen East of his house and shear 20 black sheep by clicking on them. Just keep in mind that the sheep will need a small amount of time to grow back their wool after being sheared. It is also possible to have the sheep escape while you are attempting to shear it, just continue trying until you are successful. Sheep that aren't ready to be sheared will look less round like the one in the picture to the right.
Making Balls of Black Wool-
Once you have 20 pieces of black wool head south to Lumbridge Castle and go up one floor. In the southern room will be a Spinning Wheel. Click on it to open the spinning menu then right click on the wool option and click Make All, you will get a total of 50 crafting xp from spinning all 20. Once you are done spinning the wool head back to Fred the Farmer. Tell him you have some balls of black wool for him and once your character hands over the wool, the job will be complete!
