Requirements: You need Orange Dye (Can be made by mixing Yellow and Red), and Blue Dye. Read this guide for details on how to get them.
Gather the Dye-
This quest is extremely easy once you get the dye. You can try to buy Orange (or Red and Yellow) and Blue Dye off the G.E. but they aren't always easy to get. Therefore there is another way to get the dye. To do this you will need to have Aggie, the witch in Draynor, make you red, yellow, and blue dye. Each dye costs 5 coins and requires items, Red needs 3 redberries, Blue needs 2 woad leaves, and Yellow needs 2 onions. You can find redberries growing near the southeast mine by Varrock, you can find onions growing in a farm by Rimmington and in some other areas, and Woad leaves can be bought from Wyson the Gardener in Falador park by offering him 20 coins (he will give you two at this price). Once you have the dyes, use the red dye on the yellow dye to make orange.
Gather the Mail-
To find Goblin Mail go to the Goblin Village Northwest of Falador and search the crates, one is behind the Northern building under a small roofed area, one is by the door to that same building, and one is upstairs in the 2 story building near the entrance to the village. Alternatively, you can also buy the mail off the G.E., from other players, or get it as a drop from killing Goblins.
A Goblin Argument-
Now that you have your supplies it's time for the actual quest, first use the Orange Dye on one of the Goblin Mails, then use the Blue Dye on a different one. Now go into the Northern building in the Goblin Village and speak to one of the Generals. They will begin arguing about whether the goblins should wear green or red armour. Ask them if they want you to pick a color for them and then ask about a different color. They will ask for orange, use the Orange Mail on them and Grubfoot will try it on. They won't like it and will ask you for blue this time. Now use the Blue Mail on them and once again they won't like it. Now they will ask for brown, so use the normal Goblin Mail on them and they will finally agree to use it!
