The Start-
This quest start's upstairs lumbridge castle. Speak to Duke Horacio and ask him about a quest. He will give you an air talisman and tell you to bring it to the wizards tower below draynor.
The Second Half-
Once you get to the tower go downstairs and talk to Sedridor who will be standing in a room. Give him the air talisman and he will give you a research package. Bring the package to Aurbury who is located in the rune shop in southeast varrok. He will tell you all about runecrafting and then the quest is complete!!!
Rewards-
You can now mine Rune Essence by talking to Sedridor or Aurbury and asking them to teleport you.
