You Need: Cadaver berry-Found east of the stone circle below varrok..
The Start-
Talk to juliet upstairs in the building right to the west of varrok. Tell her that you have seen romeo and she will give you a message. Go to the fountain in the middle of varrok and give romeo the message. He will tell you to talk to Father lawrence.
Finshing The Quest-
Father lawrence can be found north east of romeo in the church. He will tell you that the apothecary may be able to help. Head back down to the fountain then go south of the clothes shop to the building west of the sword shop. Talk to him about making a Cadaver potion and he will tell you that he needs cadaver berries. If you havent gotten the berries yet get them then talk to him again to have him make the potion. Bring the potion to juliet then talk to romeo to finish the quest.
