What You Need: Orange Dye, Blue Dye, 3 Goblin Mails
The Quest-
Okay this quest is really short once you get the items. Head
northwest of Falador until you come to the Goblin Village, and head to
the north part of the village. Now talk to either General Bentnoze or
General Wartface, they will be arguing about the color of their mail.
Now color one of the goblin mail's orange (to do this combine yellow and red dyes) and talk to the generals again
to show them the mail. Now they will say they don't like it so color
another mail blue, talk to them again and once again they will say they
don't like it. Now talk to them again to hand them the uncolored mail,
which they will both like and the quest is complete!
