Requirements: 49 Firemaking, 20 Crafting, 20 Mining
You Need: Cut Sapphire, Lit Bullseye Lantern, Chisel, Pickaxe, Tinderbox,
Spiny Helmet.
The Start-
Collect all your items together and then head down into the lumbridge swamp caves (while wearing spiny helmet). Head to the southeast part of the cave where you will pass some lvl 99 frogs (they don't attack unless you do) and head into the tunnel beyond them. head east eventually climbing down a small cliff. You will come to Juna the Serpant.
The Tears Of Guthix-
Talk to Juna and eventually she will tell you to bring a bowl so you can catch the falling tears. To make the bowl you will need to mine osme stone found in the cave. As you look around you will see no noticeable way to get to the rocks. This is where your saphire wil come in handy. Get by one of those light creatures and then swap your saphire with the lantern lens. To do this extinguish your lantern then use the saphire on it. Relight the lantern then use it on a light creature and the light creature will be attracted to the blue light, soon carrying you over to the rocks. Mine the rock and then use a chisel on the magic stone to get a stone bowl. Use your lantern on a light creature again to get back across. Talk to Juna the Snake to complete the quest!
